New Year, Same Me...

2018 was a great year - looking back on everything this business did, I am so proud. Proud of the successes, but more proud of the failures. Proud to have taken risks, proud to have put myself out there (true introvert over here!)

One thing I have struggled with since I started Harmony was social media. I have NO problem posting personally - because I know my Grandma really loves seeing pictures of my girls and my life! But professionally is another story. And you know what, that’s OK! I’ve decided for 2019, I am going to try something different! Instead of posting on social media, I’m going to try posting more genuine organized thoughts. Helpful tips and tricks I’ve learnt through my years around the sun.

Resolutions/goals to me are all about organization. Setting a plan for the upcoming year. Last year instead of making lofty year-long resolutions, I made monthly goals. I found that making something quantifiable for me worked best. It helped me stay focused on what I wanted to do and left me feeling proud of what I had accomplished. BOTH personally and professionally!

Here are a couple of my goals for 2019:

  1. Read three books a month

  2. Volunteer once a quarter

  3. Drink three glasses of water a day

  4. Stretch+meditate+exercise 3-4 times/week

  5. Choose one space in my house/week to focus on decluttering
